I work in IT and cloud infrastructure — the layer most people only notice when it breaks. Day to day that means Microsoft 365 and Entra tenants, device management at scale, server and network estates, and the migrations that move all of it somewhere better without anyone losing a morning.
The part I actually enjoy is the automation. If a task has been done manually three times, it should be a script. Most of what I build starts as a fix for something tedious and ends up saving a team a few hours a week, every week.

Tenant-wide Microsoft 365 migration
Moved a 400-seat organisation off legacy on-prem Exchange and file shares into M365 with zero-downtime cutover, staged mailbox migration and a full identity rebuild in Entra ID.
Zero-touch device deployment
Autopilot and Intune pipeline that takes a laptop from sealed box to fully configured, compliant and encrypted without an engineer ever touching it — cut build time from three hours to twenty minutes.
Automated estate reporting
A scheduled PowerShell + Graph toolkit that audits licensing, stale accounts, MFA coverage and patch state across every tenant, then emails a single readable report on Monday morning.
